IATSE members and industry stakeholders recognize that the lack of connection between educational institutions and the entertainment workforce is a notable barrier. Many potential candidates have the passion and talent but often lack the necessary industry-specific skills and experience needed to secure employment. This disconnect ultimately leads to a workforce that is not fully equipped to meet the demands of the evolving entertainment landscape in Arizona.
